If you are new around here, let me just tell you how obsessed I am with my air fryer. It's so easy to cook basically anything. All you have to do is set it and forget it. The end result is crispy and tasty food.
THIS is the air fryer I personally own and love. It's small enough to put on the kitchen counter or on top of your fridge. It works well for my boyfriend and I.
Chicken is one of my favorite proteins to cook in the air fryer. It comes out so tender on the inside. I added some flavorful spices and BBQ sauce to this chicken recipe. It works perfectly as an easy weeknight dinner or as a meal prep recipe.

How to Store Air Fryer BBQ Chicken Breast?
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. This recipe is great for meal prep!
Expert Tips
- Try and use chicken breasts around the same size. This will ensure they cook evenly.
- Note that thicker pieces of chicken breast take longer to cook than thinner pieces. This is why I always provide a range in cooking time. Use your best judgement.
- Let chicken sit for a few minutes before slicing to let the juices redistribute inside.
- If you have a smaller air fryer like me, don't cook more than 2 breasts at a time. You don't want to stack them on top of each other in the air fryer. They will not cook evenly.
