How to Make Egg Rolls Without Wrappers?
- Cook ground turkey in ½ tbsp sesame oil on medium heat for about 4-5 minutes or until cooked through (stirring to break up clumps). Remove the cooked turkey from the pan and set it to the side in a bowl.
- Brown garlic in ½ tbsp sesame oil for about 1 minute on medium heat. Add in scallions, mushrooms, coleslaw mix and ground ginger and cook for 4 minutes on medium heat.
- Add cooked ground turkey back into the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes. Pour in the coconut aminos.
- Serve as is or over brown rice. I added some fresh scallion, sesame seeds and Sriracha over the top.

Love this recipe! It’s so simple and quick to make, I had it for lunch today and it was so tasty! I didn’t have turkey so I scrambled an egg for protein instead and served it over some Rightrice. Will definitely be making this again. Thanks for this easy meal idea Krista! ☺️
Oooo I will have to try serving with RightRice! Great idea. 🙂 – Krista <3
