Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ pounds boneless skinless chicken breast (about 3 breasts)
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Place the chicken breasts into a bowl. Add avocado oil and spices. Massage all the chicken with your hands to make sure the the spices are evenly distributed.
  • Lay the chicken into the air fryer basket to cook. Cook at 375 degrees F for 15-20 minutes. (Note that thicker pieces of chicken breast will take longer to cook than thinner ones.)
  • If you have a smaller air fryer like me, don't cook more than 2 breasts at a time. You don't want to stack them on top of each other in the air fryer. They will not cook evenly.
  • Once the chicken breasts are done cooking, spread about 1 tablespoon of BBQ over the top of each. Place them back into the air fryer to cook for 2 more minutes at 375 degrees F.
  • Remove the cooked chicken from the air fryer. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing to let the juices redistribute inside.
