Instructions
Place the chicken breasts into a bowl. Add avocado oil and spices. Massage all the chicken with your hands to make sure the the spices are evenly distributed.
Lay the chicken into the air fryer basket to cook. Cook at 375 degrees F for 15-20 minutes. (Note that thicker pieces of chicken breast will take longer to cook than thinner ones.)
If you have a smaller air fryer like me, don't cook more than 2 breasts at a time. You don't want to stack them on top of each other in the air fryer. They will not cook evenly.
Once the chicken breasts are done cooking, spread about 1 tablespoon of BBQ over the top of each. Place them back into the air fryer to cook for 2 more minutes at 375 degrees F.
Remove the cooked chicken from the air fryer. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing to let the juices redistribute inside.
