- Step 1: Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees F. Pat the chicken thighs dry and trim the excess fat off.
- Step 2: Add them to a bowl with oil, maple syrup and seasonings. Combine until all the chicken is coated.
- Step 3: Place the chicken thighs in the preheated air fryer. Do not stack them. Make them in two batches if needed.
- Step 4: How long do you cook Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs in the air fryer? Air fry the chicken at 380 degrees F for 16-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
