All you need is raw honey to make this recipe. Raw honey will work best. I do not recommend conventional honey. You can also use raw honey that has started to crystalize, just warm it before whipping to make the process easier.
How to make Whipped Honey?

First, add raw honey to a stand mixer or hand mixer.
Whip on medium speed for about 20 minutes, or until a light, creamy and airy texture has been achieved.
Store the honey in an airtight container.
Optional Add-ins:
- vanilla bean paste
- cocoa powder
- cinnamon
- cardamom
- dried chili flakes
- flaky sea salt
Whipped Honey Uses:
- drizzle it on toast
- add it to oatmeal bowls
- drizzle it over your favorite smoothie
- add it to Whipped Goat Cheese, Whipped Ricotta Crostini, Air Fryer Sandwich, Cottage Cheese and Fruit Parfait and Cottage Cheese Toast (Sweet and Savory!)

How to store whipped honey?
Store it in an airtight container in a cool and dry place. It should last for about one month. Give it a nice stir before enjoying as all the foam will go to the top.

Can I make it without a stand mixer,I only have a mayonnaise mixer. Forgot the name

You can use a hand mixer. I'm not sure if an immersion blender would work well since there isn't a whisk attachment.
