¾cupraw honey- Raw honey will work best. I do not recommend conventional honey. You can also use raw honey that has started to crystalize, just warm it before whipping to make the process easier.
Instructions
First, add raw honey to a stand mixer or hand mixer.
Whip on medium speed for about 20 minutes, or until a light, creamy and airy texture has been achieved.
Store the honey in an airtight container.
