  • 1 stand mixer or hand held mixer

Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup raw honey - Raw honey will work best. I do not recommend conventional honey. You can also use raw honey that has started to crystalize, just warm it before whipping to make the process easier.

Instructions
 

  • First, add raw honey to a stand mixer or hand mixer.
  • Whip on medium speed for about 20 minutes, or until a light, creamy and airy texture has been achieved.
  • Store the honey in an airtight container.
