Healthy Cherry Chia Jam is made with just two ingredients and contains no added sugar! It’s great to spread on toast or add to yogurt bowls.
Making your own jam is so much easier than you probably think. No complicated canning process here. All you need is frozen cherries and chia seeds!
No pectin is necessary because the chia seeds naturally make the mixture gelatinous.
In my opinion, the fruit makes this jam sweet enough, but you can add a few teaspoons of pure maple syrup if you would like.
Pro Tip: Spread this lovely jam on Banana Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Bread with some peanut butter for an epic combination!
