Expert Tips:
- Use room temperature goat cheese and yogurt to help everything obtain a nice creamy texture.
- I always recommend 5% Greek yogurt for the best tasting and creamiest results.
- To make crostini for this recipe, slice a French baguette into ½ inch slices. Arrange the slices of bread on a baking sheet. Spray/drizzle one side with olive oil. Flip the slices over and spray/drizzle the other side with oil. Bake at 400 degrees F for 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Recipe variations:
- parsley, walnuts and hot honey
- caramelized onions and pure maple syrup
- blistered cherry tomatoes, kalamata olives and thyme
Storage directions:
Store the dip in an airtight container for 2-3 days.
If you want to make this dip up to a day in advance, you can. Just add the honey and rosemary garnish right before serving.
