Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad
Two of my favorite classics - chicken caesar salad and cold pasta salad. I decided to marry the two and create Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad. What more could you want out of life? This recipe is super easy to make and bursting with flavor.

Ingredients in this recipe
- chicken breast tenders
- avocado oil - Grab the avocado oil from Primal Kitchen's website also! USE CODE “FROZENBANANAS” AT CHECKOUT for a discount!
- spices
- dry bowtie pasta
- shredded butter lettuce
- crispy spiced chickpeas - RECIPE LINKED
- shredded parmesan cheese
- Primal Kitchen's Caesar Dressing
How to make chicken caesar pasta salad
- Add chicken breast tenders to a bowl and coat in avocado oil and spices.
- Heat a pan to medium. Place the chicken into the pan and cook 4-6 minutes per side or until the chicken's temperature reaches 165°F.
- Transfer the chicken to a cutting board. Slice the chicken into cubes. One cup of cubed chicken will be needed for this recipe. You can use the rest as meal prep. (I love making my life easier whenever possible.)
- Cook pasta, drain pasta and rinse with cold water.
- In a bowl mix together pasta with chicken, butter lettuce, chickpeas, shredded parmesan cheese.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture, combine and enjoy!

- 1 lb chicken breast tenders
- 2 tsp avocado oil
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper - (Use less if you are not a huge black pepper fan)
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 ½ cups dry bowtie pasta
- 2 cups shredded butter lettuce
- ⅓ cup crispy spiced chickpeas - RECIPE LINKED
- ¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese
- ⅓ cup Primal Kitchen's Caesar Dressing
