Add chicken breast tenders to a bowl and coat in avocado oil and spices.
Heat a pan to medium. Place the chicken into the pan and cook 4-6 minutes per side or until the chicken's temperature reaches 165°F.
Transfer the chicken to a cutting board. Slice the chicken into cubes. One cup of cubed chicken will be needed for this recipe. You can use the rest as meal prep. (I love making my life easier whenever possible.)
Cook pasta, drain pasta and rinse with cold water.
In a bowl mix together pasta with chicken, butter lettuce, chickpeas, shredded parmesan cheese.
Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture, combine and enjoy!
