They are definitely healthier than classic chicken wings, but just as tasty! I promise, you won't know the difference. Every air fryer is a different size. Fit as many wings into the air fryer as you can without stacking them on top of each other. If you stack the wings, they will not get as crispy. You can air fry them in two batches if needed.

- ½ tbsp avocado oil
- ½ tbsp garlic powder
- ½ tbsp paprika
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ⅓ cup Primal Kitchen’s Buffalo Sauce

- ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup blue cheese crumbles
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- First, coat the wings in avocado oil and spices.
- Place the seasoned wings into the air fryer for 22-27 minutes at 400 degrees, shaking halfway through. Note: Every air fryer is a different size. - While the wings are cooking make the dipping sauce. Mix Greek yogurt, unsweetened almond milk, dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, blue cheese crumbles, garlic powder, paprika, salt and black pepper in a small bowl until creamy.
- Place the cooked wings into a bowl and coat in Primal Kitchen’s Buffalo Sauce. Ensure all the wings are covered in the sauce. It's the best part!
- Serve the buffalo wings along side the dipping sauce and celery or carrots.
