Crispy Spiced Chickpeas
- 1 16 ounce can of chickpeas (rinsed and drained)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp coconut aminos
- 1 tsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1 tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- Let the chickpeas dry on top of napkins/paper towel on a sheet pan for however long you have patience for. The longer you let them dry, the crispier they will be.
- Coat the chickpeas in the olive oil, coconut aminos and spices. Ensure all chickpeas are completely covered in the spice mixture.
- Bake the chickpeas on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper in a 400 degree oven for 30-40 min until crispy.
