Ingredients in this recipe
- plain Greek yogurt
- tofu cream cheese (room temp) - I love Tofutti Better Than Cream Cheese – You can find it at any grocery store!
- everything bagel seasoning
- dried dill
- English cucumber
- smoked salmon
How to Make Dilly Cucumber Bites
- Mix together Greek yogurt, tofu cream cheese, everything bagel seasoning and dried dill in a small bowl until combined and creamy.
- Cut the cucumber into about ½ inch slices.
- Cut small pieces of smoked salmon with a scissor.
- Spoon about 1 tsp of the Greek yogurt herb cream cheese mixture onto each cucumber slice and top with a piece of smoked salmon. Enjoy!
Frequently Asked Questions:
You can simply swap out the Greek yogurt for equal parts tofu cream cheese and remove the smoked salmon. Top with a sliced cherry tomato for some color.
