How to make Homemade Bagel Chips?
A complete list of ingredients, amounts and instructions is located on the recipe card below.
- Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Cut the bagels in half. Slice each half into circles. Make the cuts as even as possible. It doesn't have to be perfect just don't make them very thin or very thick.
- Step 2: Add the bagel slices into a bowl with avocado oil and everything bagel seasoning. Combine until evenly coated.
- Step 3: Place the seasoned slices on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Step 4: Bake at 350 degrees F for 14-17 minutes, flipping halfway. Mine were perfect at the 15 minute mark. Serve with your favorite dip! I served mine with Labneh.
Recipe pro-tips:
- If you cut the slices too thin, they will burn easily. If you cut the slices too thick, they will take longer to cook and not crisp as well.
- If you double the recipe, use another baking sheet. Don't stack them or they won't crisp.
- You can use frozen bagels, just defrost them first.
Recipe variations:
- Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning
