HOW TO MAKE BUFFALO CAULIFLOWER IN THE AIR FRYER?

  1. Start by cutting a head of cauliflower into florets and put those into a large mixing bowl.
  2. In another mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients (almond flour, rice crumbs, salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika). In a smaller separate mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and almond milk.
  3. Coat each cauliflower floret in the egg mixture and then the dry mixture. Remove florets one at a time and transfer into the air fryer.
  4. Spray or drizzle 1 tsp olive oil over the top of the florets. Cook them in the air fryer at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Do not overcrowd the air fryer with the cauliflower. I normally complete this recipe in a few batches, but this depends on the size of your air fryer.
  5. Place the cooked cauliflower wings into a mixing bowl. Coat in the buffalo sauce.
  6. Serve with a sprinkle of blue cheese and sliced scallion. Best served right away.

I made this recipe and it was incredible. I used mayonnaise with pepper sauce instead Primal Kitchen’s Buffalo Sauce, because here in Brazil its difficult to find this in grocery store
    .
But the flavor was amazing any way.
    Thank you!!!

I did these last night. We fought over them. Basically we’re not talking to each other because of them! I’m kidding, lol, But they were amazing and even my son who is a declared meat lover, decided they’re an amazing substitute for meat!
I don’t have an air fryer so I baked them 30 mn at 200C which is around 400F I guess. I didn’t have the sauce you recommended cause we don’t have it in France but I found a recipe and made my own 😉
I served them with a salad: rucola, apple bites, nuts, roquefort, and a home made dressing: lemon juice, Olive oil, salt, pepper, honey and mustard. Did I mention how great all tasted? :))
