Cuisine American
Servings 3 people

Ingredients

  • 1 batch homemade air fryer tortilla chips - (if you are subbing store bought chips, you will need around 32 chips)
  • 1 ½ cups shredded chicken
  • ½ cup Primal Kitchen's Unsweetened Classic BBQ Sauce - (plus more for drizzling)
  • ½ cup canned black beans (rinsed and drained)
  • 1 cup shredded dairy free cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp diced red onion
  • 3 tbsp chopped cilantro

Instructions

  • First, make your shredded chicken. I have the EASIEST recipe HERE. I normally make a batch and keep it in my fridge.
  • Make your Air Fryer Tortilla Chips. The recipe is HERE. Of course, you can just sub store bought chips, but making them is super simple and they are much healthier.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken with the BBQ sauce until coated completely.
  • It's time to assemble your nachos. Spread the chips evenly onto a sheet pan. Then, add the BBQ shredded chicken on top. Next, add the black beans. Lastly, sprinkle on the cheese.
  • Place the sheet pan into the oven and bake at 350 degrees F for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  • Serve with onion, cilantro and an extra drizzle of BBQ sauce!
