Chili Lime Cashews
These cashews are the perfect healthy snack. You only need a handful of ingredients and they take minutes to roast in the oven!
- 2 cups raw cashews
- 2 tsp avocado oil
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp chili powder
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- ⅛ tsp salt
- Coat raw nuts in avocado oil, spices and lime juice.
- Place the nuts onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 9-16 min. or until golden.
