Ingredients:

  • raw cashews
  • avocado oil or neutral oil of choice
  • fresh lime juice
  • paprika
  • chili powder
  • cayenne pepper
  • salt

How to make chili lime cashews?

Sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
  • First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and set it aside.

  • Place the cashews into a bowl.
  • Add the oil, lime juice, paprika, chili powder, cayenne pepper and salt to the bowl.
  • Combine until all the cashews are evenly coated.

  • Place the seasoned cashews onto the sheet pan.
  • Spread them out in one even layer.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through. Mine were perfect after 13 minutes of baking.

Allow the cashews to cool completely before enjoying!

Recipe Pro-Tips:

Do not use roasted cashews for this recipe. They must be raw.

I recommend using freshly squeezed lime juice for this recipe opposed to bottled lime juice.

Make sure all of the cashews are coated in the oil, lime juices and spices.

Flip the cashews halfway through baking to prevent them from burning.

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and set it aside.

    Would it work if I have roasted cashews? What modifications will I need?

      I assume they would brown more easily because they are already pre-roasted.
