Would it work if I have roasted cashews? What modifications will I need?
krista
I assume they would brown more easily because they are already pre-roasted.

Made this as part of my appetizers to go with cocktail hour. Very bland and no one was eating them. I am a seasoned cook and had my own catering business. When I tried them before serving I did think I should have gone with my gut and added more salt. Definitely needs more salt. Maybe even sub spices with Tajin.

Idk how these are bland, but everyone is entitled to their own opinion. You can always adjust salt to taste.
