Chili Lime Cashews

If you love Trader Joe's Chili Lime Cashews, you'll be addicted to this homemade version. All you need is cashews, oil, lime and spices!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups raw cashews
  • 2 teaspoons avocado oil or neutral oil of choice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice - Juice of about 1 lime.
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and set it aside.
  • Place the cashews into a bowl. Add the oil, lime juice, paprika, chili powder, cayenne pepper and salt to the bowl. Combine until all the cashews are evenly coated.
  • Place the seasoned cashews onto the sheet pan. Spread them out in one even layer. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through. Mine were perfect after 13 minutes of baking.
  • Allow the cashews to cool completely before enjoying!
