Secondly, these bites have no added sugar and are solely sweetened with dates. If desired, add a drizzle of dark chocolate. Lastly, these healthy energy balls are a perfect snack to prep in advance!

Oatmeal Cookie Energy Balls
- 1 cup GF oats
- ¼ cup almond flour
- 10 dates
- 5 tbsp almond butter
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Place oats, almond flour, dates, almond butter and cinnamon in a food processor
- Process until crumbly.
- Roll into bites with a 1 ½ Tbsp scoop. If desired, drizzle with dark chocolate.
- Allow the bites to harden in the fridge for 1 hour before enjoying. Store in the fridge.
