What can't you do in the air fryer!? Seriously, these homemade chips are a game changer. I've made tortilla chips in my oven before, but it just doesn't compare to making them in the air fryer. I decided to use Tumaro's 8" Whole Wheat Carb Wise™ Wraps rather than corn tortillas for this recipe.
Which air fryer is best?

Ingredients for this recipe
- 8" whole wheat flour wraps - (I used Tumaro's 8" Whole Wheat Carb Wise™ Wraps)
- olive oil
- sea salt
- paprika
THESE OLIVE OIL SPRAY BOTTLES ARE GREAT FOR THIS RECIPE!
How to make low carb tortilla chips
- In a small bowl, mix together sea salt and paprika.
- Slice (4) 8" whole wheat flour wraps into 8 wedges (like a pizza).
- Place the wedges in the air fryer in a single layer. The edges can overlap slightly, but don't stack them on top of each other or they will not get crispy.
- First, spray/brush about ½ tsp olive oil over the wedges. Then, sprinkle with a little of the sea salt and paprika mix.
- Air fry at 375 degrees F for 4-6 minutes. Remove from air fryer. Place on a cooling rack as you make the next batch.
- Please note you will have to air fry the chips in batches unless you have a very large air fryer.
- Serve with whatever your heart desires!
How do you store homemade tortilla chips?
Store chips in an airtight container on the counter for a few days.

- ½ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp paprika
