Easy Shredded Chicken Recipe
I love preparing shredded chicken to have ready to go for the week. It's a great versatile protein to add to any dish. I used to think I needed a crockpot/instant pot to make shredded chicken or I had to spend all day pulling it apart with two forks. The secret is using your mixer to create the perfect shredded chicken. Simply toss your cooked chicken breasts into a stand mixer (I use my KitchenAid Mixer) with the flat beater attachment and watch your chicken magically shred.
