4ounces5% plain Greek yogurt at room temperature- Leave it out for 20 minutes.
2tablespoonsdried cranberries
2tablespoonsalmonds
1tablespoonrosemary- Plus, more for garnish.
1pinchsalt & pepper
1drizzlehoney
Instructions
Place goat cheese and yogurt into a food processor. Process for about 45 seconds - 60 seconds or until smooth and creamy. Add 1-2 tablespoons of milk if the mixture is super thick. As long as you left the goat cheese and yogurt out beforehand, you should be fine.
Next, add the dried cranberries, almonds, rosemary, salt and pepper. Process for another 45 seconds - 60 seconds. If your food processor isn’t very powerful, chop the ingredients before you add them to help the machine a bit.
It should be spreadable with pieces of the mix-ins throughout.
Spread the whipped goat cheese onto a plate with a drizzle of honey and garnish with freshly chopped rosemary. Serve it with crostini, veggies, crackers or chips!
