How to make scrambled eggs with cottage cheese?

- Add eggs and cottage cheese to a bowl and whisk well.
- Heat a non-stick pan on medium with olive oil spray.
- Gently pour the eggs into the pan. Be sure not to make the pan too hot.
- Stir the eggs around with a rubber spatula until set. They should cook in just about 2 minutes or a little less.
Season with salt and pepper and serve as you would like!
