Ingredients in cottage cheese smoothie.

Ingredients overview:

cottage cheese - I used plain cottage cheese. You can use flavored cottage cheese if you'd like. You can also use whatever fat percentage you prefer. Lastly, small-curd and large-curd cottage cheese both work well.

frozen strawberries - If you don't have or don't like strawberries, use frozen blueberries, raspberries, cherries, peaches, mango etc.

frozen banana - I love adding banana to smoothies because it makes them naturally sweet. You don't need to add honey or agave nectar.

milk of choice - Use dairy or non-dairy milk.
