Protein Tahini Granola
This protein tahini granola contains 7 simple ingredients: oats, coconut, vanilla protein, cardamom, maple syrup, tahini and avocado oil!
- 1 ¼ cups GF oats
- 1 ¼ cups unsweetened shredded coconut
- ½ cup vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp cardamom
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup tahini
- ¼ cup avocado oil
- Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl. Ensure all is well-combined.
- Spread mixture onto a sheet pan with parchment paper and bake for 15-20 minutes in a 325 degree oven. Constantly check and stir the granola around as it’s cooking to prevent it from burning.
Yields about 3 ¾ cups of granola.
