- Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt and dried crushed red pepper flakes - The perfect mix of spices for this recipe.
- shredded mozzarella cheese - You can also use a few slices of fresh mozzarella cheese.
- turkey pepperoni - Crumbled sausage is a great substitution.
- fresh chopped basil - Fresh is best!
How to make Cottage Cheese Pizza Bowl?

Step 1
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
- Mix together cottage cheese, marinara, grated parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt and red pepper flakes.
- Add the mixture to an oven safe ramekin or dish.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella and add pepperoni slices on top.
Step 2
- Bake it at 400 degrees F for 9-12 minutes. Then, broil for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve with fresh chopped basil!

It's important to use good quality cottage cheese such as a brand like Good Culture. Also, low-fat cottage cheese can be more watery.

How to serve?

- 3 tablespoons shredded mozzarella cheese
- 5 slices turkey pepperoni
- ½ tablespoon fresh chopped basil
Instructions
