- ½ cup cottage cheese - I recommend 4%-6% for the best flavor and texture.
- ¼ cup marinara sauce
- 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch dried crushed red pepper flakes
- 3 tablespoons shredded mozzarella cheese
- 5 slices turkey pepperoni
- ½ tablespoon fresh chopped basil
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
Mix together cottage cheese, marinara, grated parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt and red pepper flakes.
Add the mixture to an oven safe ramekin or dish.
Sprinkle with mozzarella and add pepperoni slices on top.
Bake it at 400 degrees F for 9-12 minutes. Then, broil for 2-3 minutes.
Serve with fresh chopped basil!
