Cottage Cheese Cookie Dough went viral on social media for good reason! Jake Cohen is the original creator of this recipe. I decided to make my own version using honey instead of pure maple syrup and PBfit instead of protein powder.
Disclaimer: This is definitely not equal to butter and sugar loaded cookie dough, but it has a similar texture and flavor!

- Add cottage cheese, honey and vanilla extract to a food processor or blender.
- Combine for 30 seconds or until smooth.
- Place the cottage cheese mixture into a bowl.
- Add almond flour, peanut butter powder and chocolate chips.
Combine well and enjoy!
