Apple Cinnamon Baked Oats for One is the perfect healthy single serve breakfast! This baked oatmeal recipe is filled with fiber and protein.
Ingredients
- ⅓ cup old fashioned rolled oats, gluten free if necessary
- ⅓ cup unsweetened almond milk
- ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 egg white
- ⅛ cup fresh diced apple
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon olive oil (for greasing the ramekin)
Instructions
- Mix together all ingredients in a bowl.
- Pour the oatmeal mixture into an oven safe small ramekin greased with olive oil.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for about 25-30 minutes or until your oatmeal is set and the top is golden.
- Add desired toppings and enjoy! I topped mine with extra fresh apple pieces, cinnamon and peanut butter.
- You can prepare this recipe in advance. Let the baked oats cool completely, cover or place into an airtight container and refrigerate. Microwave day of and add desired toppings.

OH MY GOD!!! I have never had baked oats before and let me tell you this was amazing! I used half of the apple in it and the other half on top! I also put light and fit salted caramel greek yogurt on it when it was done. It tasted better than cake and the kitchen smelled delicious!!! Will make again <3
