  • Mix together all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Pour the oatmeal mixture into an oven safe small ramekin greased with olive oil.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for about 25-30 minutes or until your oatmeal is set and the top is golden. 
  • Add desired toppings and enjoy! I topped mine with extra fresh apple pieces, cinnamon and peanut butter.
  • You can prepare this recipe in advance. Let the baked oats cool completely, cover or place into an airtight container and refrigerate. Microwave day of and add desired toppings.
