Tell me... did you love TGI Friday's fried green beans with ranch dipping sauce? When I was younger, my parents always ordered them for the table. They were my favorite appetizer! I decided to make a much healthier version. Then, I paired the fries with Primal Kitchen's NEW Ranch Dip made with avocado oil. And... if you like spicy you can pair the fries with Primal Kitchen's NEW Buffalo Ranch Dip! These dips are sugar-free, Whole30 Approved®, Keto Certified and Paleo Friendly.

How to make fried green beans in an air fryer?
- Make sure the green beans are ready to go. Rinse them, dry them and trim them. I bought them pre-trimmed!
- Set up three mixing bowls.
- Coat each green bean in the egg mixture, then, the bread crumbs and lastly, the almond flour.
- Remove each green bean one at a time and transfer into an air fryer.
- Once the green beans are in the air fryer, spray them with a little avocado oil spray. Cook at 400 degrees F for about 5-8 minutes.
- Serve immediately with Primal Kitchen's Ranch Dip.
Expert Tips
- Dip each green bean into the egg mixture with one hand and use your other hand to dip the bean into the panko and almond flour. One hand for the wet and one hand for the dry. Do this so you won't make the bread crumbs or almond flour soggy and you won't have breaded fingers.
- You need to make this recipe in batches. I know it's annoying, but the green beans will not become crispy if they are stacked on top of one another. The air must be able to circulate around each of the beans.
