4 Ingredient No Bake Cookies

These are the easiest cookies you will ever make. I promise! You don't have to bake them and you don't have to shape them. Simply combine melted dark chocolate, peanut butter, melted coconut oil and unsweetened shredded coconut, drop them onto a sheet pan and freeze. That's it!

Ingredients in 4 Ingredient No Bake Cookies:

  1. melted dark chocolate
  2. natural creamy peanut butter
  3. melted coconut oil
  4. unsweetened shredded coconut

How do you make no bake cookies from scratch?

  1. Mix together melted dark chocolate, peanut butter, coconut oil and shredded coconut in a mixing bowl.
  2. Use a 1 Β½ tbsp cookie scoop and drop the cookies onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
  3. Place the sheet pan in the freezer for about 1 hour or until the cookies harden. Store in the freezer and grab a cookie whenever you are craving a sweet treat!
