4 Ingredient No Bake Cookies
These Healthy 4 Ingredient No Bake Cookies are flourless, gluten-free & contain no added sugar!
Ingredients
- ¼ cup melted dark chocolate
- ⅓ cup natural creamy peanut butter
- 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
- ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
Instructions
- Mix together melted dark chocolate, peanut butter, coconut oil and shredded coconut in a mixing bowl.
- Use a 1 ½ tbsp cookie scoop and drop the cookies onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
- Place the sheet pan in the freezer for about 1 hour or until the cookies harden. Store in the freezer and grab a cookie whenever you are craving a sweet treat!
