5 Ingredient Oat Bars

These 5 ingredient oat bars are super simple to make, no baking is required and they are a great snack or sweet treat!

Servings 9 bars

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups GF oats
  • Β½ cup vanilla protein powder or shredded unsweetened coconut
  • ΒΎ cup almond butter
  • ΒΌ cup agave or honey
  • ΒΎ cup melted dark chocolate

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix together oats, protein/coconut, almond butter and agave/honey. Press the mixture into an 8x8 baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Spread melted chocolate over the top. Freeze for 1-2 hours until solid and easy to cut. Slice into bars and enjoy! Store in the fridge.

    Can I use sunflower butter instead of nut butter due to allergies?
