5 Ingredient Oat Bars
These 5 ingredient oat bars are super simple to make, no baking is required and they are a great snack or sweet treat!
- 2 cups GF oats
- ½ cup vanilla protein powder or shredded unsweetened coconut
- ¾ cup almond butter
- ¼ cup agave or honey
- ¾ cup melted dark chocolate
- In a bowl, mix together oats, protein/coconut, almond butter and agave/honey. Press the mixture into an 8x8 baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread melted chocolate over the top. Freeze for 1-2 hours until solid and easy to cut. Slice into bars and enjoy! Store in the fridge.
