This recipe is a must make for meal prep to have on hand for the week. Adults, kids and toddlers will all love these muffins. They are sweetened with honey and much lower in sugar than a traditional muffin. Also, they are very moist due to the mix of avocado oil and unsweetened applesauce. I used frozen blueberries in mine, but you could swap in another fresh or frozen berry of choice.

If I don’t want to use avocado oil what can I substitute it for, any suggestions?
