Healthy Whole Wheat Blueberry Muffins are made with whole wheat flour, almond flour, frozen blueberries, applesauce and honey. These muffins are an easy breakfast or snack.
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until well incorporated.
Line a muffin tin with 10 liners. Check out these silicone liners I adore! Use a large cookie scoop and scoop the batter into each muffin liner. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Allow the muffins to cool, remove from the liners and enjoy!
Notes
Store the muffins in an airtight container on the counter for 2-3 days. You can also store the muffins in the freezer for up to 3 months. Simply reheat the muffins in the microwave before enjoying.
