How to make pita chips in the air fryer?

- First, cut your pita pockets into eight slices each. You should have a total of 24 slices.
- Next, preheat your air fryer to 325 degrees F.
- Add the pita slices to a bowl with oil and the spices.
- Combine gently with your hands without breaking the pita. Make sure that the bread is evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned pita in an air fryer basket in a single layer. I recommend cooking the chips in two batches to ensure they get nice and crispy.
- Air fry for 5-7 minutes at 325 degrees F, shaking halfway through. Mine were perfect around the 6 minute mark.
- Place the chips on a wire rack while the other batch cooks.
