Many of you have asked me for months and months to create a vegan pancake recipe. I tried a few times, but didn't have success. They either wouldn't cook through or wouldn't rise. I finally created a recipe with the perfect ratio of wet to dry ingredients. Plus, the mix of apple cider vinegar, almond milk and baking powder is the secret to fluffy vegan pancakes.

After you make these pancakes, try out my other awesome vegan recipes. A few of my favorites are 4 Ingredient Snickers Bliss Balls, Tofu Satay with Peanut Sauce and Vegan Mashed Butternut Squash.

Ingredients in this recipe

  • unsweetened almond milk
  • unsweetened applesauce
  • coconut sugar
  • apple cider vinegar
  • gluten free oat flour
  • ground flaxseed
  • baking powder (gluten free)
  • coconut oil (for greasing the pan)
step-by-step how to make pancakes at home without eggs

How to make pancakes at home without eggs?

  1. Whisk together all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Let the batter sit out for 5 minutes.
  3. Cook the pancakes.
  4. Enjoy!

What to replace eggs with in pancakes?
