
Chopped Tuna Salad
This chopped tuna salad is mayo-free and one of the easiest lunches to throw together. It is super versatile. You can serve it over a bed of greens, on a wrap or as a sandwich!

Ingredients
- 1 can drained tuna in water
- ½ cup chopped tomatoes
- ½ cup chopped celery
- ¼ cup diced red onion
- 2 tbsp crumbled feta cheese
Ingredients for Dressing:
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp dried dill
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Flake tuna with a fork to break up chunks once the water has been drained. Mix together all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Serve on a wrap, on a bed of greens or enjoy as a sandwich!
