Heat a pan on medium heat with avocado oil.
Add the ground beef to the pan.
Use a heat safe spatula to break up the meat.
Add the seasonings and cook the meat until it is no longer pink. It should only take a few minutes.
Drain the grease from the meat before adding it to the burger bowls. I used a slotted spoon.
Now, it's time to assemble the bowls.
Divide the ingredients evenly between four shallow bowls.
Place the lettuce on the bottom, add the cooked ground beef on top, shredded cheese, tomatoes, pickles, and red onion.
Pour a desired amount of dressing over the top and enjoy!
Meal prep this recipe:
Make the burger sauce and store it in an airtight container in the fridge. Assemble the lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and red onion in a separate container.
Cook the meat and let it cool completely. Once the meat has cooled, sprinkle the cheese on top of the meat. Store the meat and cheese in another separate container.
Assemble the bowl right before you are ready to eat it. First, heat the meat and the cheese. Add it to the salad and then pour the sauce over the top.
