These healthy chocolate truffles will surely satisfy any chocolate craving. They are the perfect night time sweet snack or afternoon treat. If you haven't combined dark chocolate and tahini yet, this is your sign. The nutty and savory flavor of the tahini tastes wonderful combined with the sweetness of the chocolate.

Tahini is a smooth paste made from ground up sesame seeds.

How to Make healthy chocolate truffles
- In a mixing bowl, combine coconut flour, tahini and honey together. (Add a few drops of almond milk if needed.)
- Roll into bites with a 1 tbsp scoop. Place into the freezer to harden for 20 minutes.
- While the truffles are hardening, melt the chocolate down with olive oil in a saucepan on low heat until completely melted.
- Remove the bites from the freezer and coat each in dark chocolate. Top with a sprinkle of flaky sea salt if desired.
- Place back into the freezer to harden for an hour longer. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Ingredients
- ⅔ cup coconut flour
- ¼ cup tahini
- 2 ½ tbsp honey
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips
- ½ tsp olive oil
- flaky sea salt - optional
