These NO-BAKE and Gluten-Free Healthy Tahini Truffles are a NEED! They will surely satisfy your chocolate craving and are the perfect night time sweet snack. Lastly, they are made with coconut flour, tahini, honey, dark chocolate chips and olive oil!
Healthy Tahini Truffles
- ⅔ cup coconut flour
- ¼ cup tahini
- 2 ½ tbsp honey
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips
- ½ tsp olive oil
- Mix coconut flour, tahini and honey together. (Add a few drops of almond milk if needed.) Roll into bites with a 1 ½ tbsp scoop. Place into the freezer to harden for 20 minutes.
- While they are hardening, melt the chocolate down with olive oil in a saucepan on low heat until completely melted. Remove the bites from the freezer and coat each in dark chocolate.
- Place back into the freezer to harden for an hour. Store in the fridge.
