Healthy Tahini Truffles

Healthy Tahini Truffles made with coconut flour, tahini, honey and dipped in dark chocolate. An easy gluten free no bake dessert!

  • In a mixing bowl, combine coconut flour, tahini and honey together. (Add a few drops of almond milk if needed.)
  • Roll into bites with a 1 tbsp scoop. Place into the freezer to harden for 20 minutes.
  • While the truffles are hardening, melt the chocolate down with olive oil in a saucepan on low heat until completely melted.
  • Remove the bites from the freezer and coat each in dark chocolate. Top with a sprinkle of flaky sea salt if desired.
  • Place back into the freezer to harden for an hour longer. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
