This Healthy Chicken Salad with Greek Yogurt is the perfect easy and tasty lunch. It's great to meal prep for the week and enjoy as a sandwich, in a wrap or on a bed of greens.

Healthy Chicken Salad with Greek Yogurt

If you are looking for an easy no mayo chicken salad recipe, look no further! The secret to the creamy texture is a mix of greek yogurt and a little dijon mustard. I used my stove top shredded chicken recipe for this salad. Feel free to substitute grilled chicken or rotisserie chicken if you have either of those on hand.

Ingredients Used to Make Healthy Chicken Salad with Greek Yogurt:

  • shredded chicken
  • diced red onion
  • sliced celery
  • dried cranberries - I used unsweetened cranberries from Trader Joe’s!
  • plain greek yogurt

  • salt
  • black pepper
  • dried dill

How to make chicken salad without mayo?

  1. First, make my Easy Shredded Chicken. Recipe HERE! Unless you are using grilled chicken or rotisserie chicken.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Serve as a sandwich, in a wrap or on a bed of greens.
  4. If you are meal prepping this chicken salad, I recommend storing it in THESE containers. (Store in the fridge for about 4 days.)

Ways to Enjoy this Healthy & Easy Chicken Salad:

    I made this last night and we basically fought over it. Again! I want to eat just that day after day. Sooooo good! The only thing I did different was add some lettuce. De-lish!

    How many cans of chicken would you use if we went that route?

      I have never worked with canned chicken before, but I assume 2 cups. Not sure how many cans that is.
