Healthy Chicken Salad with Greek Yogurt
If you are looking for an easy no mayo chicken salad recipe, look no further! The secret to the creamy texture is a mix of greek yogurt and a little dijon mustard. I used my stove top shredded chicken recipe for this salad. Feel free to substitute grilled chicken or rotisserie chicken if you have either of those on hand.

Ingredients Used to Make Healthy Chicken Salad with Greek Yogurt:
- shredded chicken
- diced red onion
- sliced celery
- dried cranberries – I used unsweetened cranberries from Trader Joe’s!
- plain greek yogurt

- salt
- black pepper
- dried dill
How to make chicken salad without mayo?
- First, make my Easy Shredded Chicken. Recipe HERE! Unless you are using grilled chicken or rotisserie chicken.
- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Serve as a sandwich, in a wrap or on a bed of greens.
- If you are meal prepping this chicken salad, I recommend storing it in THESE containers. (Store in the fridge for about 4 days.)
