Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups pulled and shredded rotisserie chicken - Leave the skin on, or don't.
  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • cup diced celery
  • cup halved grapes
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
  • ½ tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped dill
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Place all of the ingredients into a mixing bowl.
  • Combine all of the ingredients until creamy.
  • Serve the chicken salad as you would like!
