Gluten Free Oatmeal Cranberry White Chocolate Cookies
To begin, these Gluten Free Oatmeal Cranberry White Chocolate Cookies are so easy to make! All you need is one bowl and nine ingredients to make these festive cookies. To add, these cookies are soft and chewy, making them the perfect cookie!
These cookies are solely sweetened with Wholesome Organic Honey. Wholesome Organic Honey is pure, pesticide free, NON-GMO Project Verified, gluten free, kosher and fair trade certified.

- Mix together all ingredients until well-combined.
- Freeze the cookie dough for 10 minutes.
- Use a 2 tbsp scoop and roll the dough into balls, place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and flatten with your hand.
- Bake for 9-12 min. in a 350 degree oven.
- Place the cookies onto a wire rack to cool completely.
- I drizzled mine with white chocolate!

- coconut flour
- melted coconut oil
- creamy almond butter
- egg

- white chocolate chips
- dried cranberries (I used unsweetened)

Gluten Free Oatmeal Cranberry White Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 ΒΌ cups almond flour
- β cup gluten free oats
- 3 tbsp coconut flour
- ΒΌ cup melted coconut oil
- β cup creamy almond butter
- 1 egg - (at room temp.)
- β cup Wholesome Organic Honey
- ΒΌ cup white chocolate chips
- ΒΌ cup dried cranberries (I used unsweetened)
Instructions
- Mix together all ingredients until well-combined. Freeze the cookie dough for 10 minutes.

- Place the cookies in an airtight container and store in the fridge for about 4 days. You can also store the cookies in the freezer.
