Baked Gluten-Free Chocolate Donuts are soft, rich, and taste just like chocolate cake. They come together with just nine simple ingredients.

Why you'll love Baked Gluten-Free Chocolate Donuts:
- Grain-free - Moist chocolate cake texture without the grains.
- Easy - No frying or yeast needed.
- Customizable - Swap out sprinkles for your favorite topping like chopped peanuts, mini chocolate chips or toasted coconut.
Ingredients Notes:
- almond flour - Not almond meal. Almond meal is made from almonds that have been ground with their skins left on. It is grainier.
- cacao powder - Cocoa powder also works.
- maple syrup - I don't recommend honey for this recipe.

Storage Directions:
Store donuts in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. (If they last that long!)

It was my first time making donuts; and it couldn’t have been simpler! You could eat them all cause they are DELICIOUS!! But one fills you up for sure 😋

This was my first time making donuts, and this recipe was perfect!!! I was shocked how great the texture was (this was the first time I’ve made a GF donut!), and they are the perfect size!
Not too sweet, but not bitter. And absolutely hit the spot when you’re craving a donut but can’t have the gluten!
Love to hear this, Chelsea! I am so happy you enjoyed the doughnuts. 🙂 – Krista <3

Is six stars a thing? It should be. The batter tastes sooo good so before you even bake them you know they're going to be amazing!!!! I used my mini donut pan and it made approx 25 mini donuts with this recipe. They came out so cute! Adjusted the bake time to approx 7-8 min in the oven due their very small size. Frozen bananas is always where I go when I want a recipe I trust to actually work the first time I try it. I made this entire recipe during my lunch break today, so you know it's good xoxo
This might be the best comment I've ever received! Thank you so much, Lindsay! I appreciate your support so much and I am so happy you loved the donuts. 🙂 - Krista <3

Is there a different pan option if I don’t have a donut pan?
I have only made them using a donut pan. You could prob bake them in a muffin pan, but can't guarantee they will be like muffins.
