This chicken recipe is truly magical. The mix of spices that coats the chicken creates a crispy crust-like texture without any bread crumbs. Serve this chicken with Air Fryer Roasted Potatoes and White Bean Caprese Salad with Avocado Oil Dressing for the perfect simple weeknight meal!

I cook the chicken at 375 degrees F in the air fryer and it comes out perfect every single time!

How to reheat chicken in the air fryer?

If you are meal prepping this air fryer chicken, you can reheat it the day you choose to eat it. Reheat the chicken at 400 degrees F for 2-3 minutes until warm.

How long does cooked chicken last in the fridge?

Cooked chicken should last in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Β½ pounds boneless skinless thinly sliced chicken breast
  • 1 Β½ teaspoons everything bagel seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • ΒΌ teaspoon turmeric
  • ΒΌ teaspoon black pepper
  • avocado oil sprayΒ - Use code "frozenbananas" at checkout for a discount!

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine all of the dried spices. Toss in the chicken breast and evenly coat it in the spice blend.
  • Place the chicken breast into the air fryer and spray with avocado oil. Air fry at 375 degrees F for 15-20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
  • Do not overcrowd the air fryer or the chicken will not crisp up nicely. I normally complete this recipe in two batches.

    This recipe is SO tasty. It is the perfect example of how simple dishes can still be flavorful and have texture. The chicken is just enough crisp on the outside, and very juicy on the inside- and you don't even need bread/panko crumbs!

    The recipe took no time and was very delicious. I used dark meat cutlets for 18 minutes at 375 degrees in my air fryer and they came out amazing!
