First of all, these healthy 3 Ingredient Pancakes were one of the first recipes I have ever created to share with my audience. They are definitely a classic and a favorite in my family. All you need is oats, banana and an egg. If you don’t have a blender, feel free to use oat flour and combine with mashed banana and an egg. These couldn’t be easier!
3 Ingredient Pancakes
Ingredients
- ⅓ cup oats
- 1 spotty-brown banana
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients into a blender to create the pancake batter.
- Heat and grease a pan on medium. Spoon the batter onto the pan. You may make mini pancakes or a couple of larger ones.
- Cook one side until you see bubbles form on top. Flip the pancakes and cook on the other side until browned. Serve with your favorite toppings!

Am i able to use only egg whites because I can’t have much cholesterol? Can I substitute a whole egg for 3 egg whites? Or will it not work because the yolk is the binder??
Hi Bella, I am unsure as I haven’t personally tried. Let us know if you do!
Literally so easy to make and the BEST consistency! They’re as fluffy as normal pancakes and so healthy!
So glad you enjoyed, Nathalie! 🙂 – Krista <3
