You just can't go wrong with a berry smoothie! This dairy free smoothie contains no yogurt and no protein powder. The frozen banana makes it creamy enough and I added hemp seeds for a natural source of protein. Did you know that 3 tablespoons of hemp seeds contains about 9 grams of protein? How awesome is that!?

Vegan Mixed Berry Smoothie
- In a high-powered blender, add all ingredients and blend on high for 1 minute or until all ingredients are well combined. Add in more almond milk, if needed. Serve over ice.
- I added some coconut whipped cream, extra berries and hemp seeds on top!
