Healthy Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

There's not much to say about this recipe. It's just perfect. What's not to love about peanut butter and chocolate? I added some flaky sea salt on top to make these cups extra special. Chocolate and salt go hand and hand for me, but you can omit it if you are not a fan. I knew these were a success when my boyfriend took one bite and said "These taste like Reese's." Check, check and check!!

Ingredients in this recipe

  1. melted vegan dark chocolate
  2. creamy natural peanut butter
  3. flaky sea salt - optional

How to make sugar free peanut butter cups?

Creamy natural peanut butter should only contain 1 or 2 ingredients - peanuts and/or peanuts and salt. There should be no sugar. You can use sugar free chocolate to make these peanut butter cups completely sugar free.

I love Lily’s Chocolate Chips or Lakanto Chocolate Chips. If you want to purchase some of the chocolate chips from Lakanto's website, you can use my code "FROZENB15" for 15% off your purchase.

I purposely do not provide nutritional information because numbers can be triggering for some. I want this to be a safe space for all. If interested, you can type the ingredients into an online calculator and find the nutritional info for any recipe.
